DESCRIPTION: In the period of globalization and unification, artists define anew places, where they live and work, give them an identity. A local artistic climate, breaking out of the progressing unification, leads to a conclusion: this art is the Wroclaw! Genius Ioci of Wroclaw manifests the best, the most fully in works of artists working here for 70 years. This exhibition will be a tale about the fact, that good art is intelligent and is worth being used to improve the image and the future of cities. The intelligence seduces and tempts. 3 years ago, a sculpture object made by prof. Jozef Halas was placed in the urban space of Wroclaw. The artist paid tribute to William Stern and his idea of IQ, expressed over 100 years ago in the capital of Lower Silesia.
