DESCRIPTION: An exhibition shows artistic works of Mark Chagall against the twentieth-century european vanguard. Works of Chagall, Braque, Calder, Giacometti, Leger, Masson, Matisse, Miro, Picasso, Riopelle, Tapies and Ubac significantly contributed to moving borders in thinking about the modern art. Marc Chagall and painters of the european vanguard are the selection from the collection of Marc Chagall’s Museum in Witebsk, a city, in which this artist was born and which reminiscence was appearing in his work during long, even whole twentieth century lasting life.
