Meals

1. Every day your hosting family will provide you a breakfast and supper. 2. During morning hours, 2nd breakfast will be given to you in the hosting parish. 3. On 21st and 22nd of July, meals are going to be distributed in the city, from 4PM till 6PM, next to the 5 stages of MercyFest concerts. Every group has a specifically appointed stage. You cannot change your meal distribution spot. Please write down a name of the appointed stage, where you will be receiving your meal. 4. On 23rd of July meal is going to be distributed in the City Stadium from 3.30PM till 6PM- before a „Singing Europe” concert. 5. On 25th of July in Trzebnica, meals is going to be distributed near Sanctuary of St. Jadwiga in Trzebnica from 1PM till 3PM 6. To get a warm meal you have to show a proper food stamp/ voucher, which you will receive in the hosting parish with your ID card. Documents

1. Throughout your stay in Poland watch over your documents. 2. If it is possible, please make a copy of the documents ena-bling your travels back home. 3. If you have more than one document confirming your iden-tity, we advise not to carry a passport with you, especially in the city center. It will be safer if you leave it with your hosting family. 4. Your stay in the hosting parish

1. When you arrive at your hosting parish and get accommo-dated, please fill in all crucial data on the cover of the Pilgrim Informational Folder (your personal information, phone num-ber to your parish coordinator of your group and phone num-ber to your hosting family). 2. Every day during DiD’ in Wrocław- Galilea morning hours are being filled and organized by the hosting parish. Afternoons are going to be scheduled for activities happening in the city center- the Central Events. 1. Rember to always have your Pilgrim Identification DiD’- it will provide free Public Transport and also information about your hosting parish in case you get lost in the city center. 2.Follow the instructions given to you in the hosting parish about transportation, schedule, and timetables. 3.If you going to use the special transport, pay extra attention to the place and time of departure.
