Schedule July 23, 2016, Saturday – The group meeting day

Schedule: Breakfast with the families 9:00 am – gathering of the groups in the parishes (taking the dry provisions and leaving for Ostrów Tumski in Wrocław); 9:30 am – 1.00 pm – passing through the “Mercy Gate” in Wrocław Cathedral, spiritual events at Ostrów Tumski; 12:00 pm – meeting with the Archbishop of Wrocław and praying Angelus (Ostrów Tumski); 1:30 pm – Holy Mass with the language groups in the appointed churches; 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm – a meal – served at Wrocław Stadium zone; 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm – „Singing Europe” festival under the European Capital of Culture at the Wrocław Stadium with the participants of the Days in Dioceses; Dinner with the families; 00 pm – multimedia fountain show – for interested.   After a breakfast with the families, the youth will gather in the parishes at 9.00 am and will receive a prepared lunch in the form of dry provisions About 9.15 am the group leaves for Ostrów Tumski i Wrocław, where the spiritual part of the day is planned. Since 9.30 the pilgrims participate in spiritual events prepared by Wrocław’s communities and religious congregations. At 12.00 pm there is planned a meeting with the Archbishop of Wrocław and a common Angelus prayer, after which the guests will set off to the appointed churches to celebrate the Eucharist in the language groups. July 22, 2016, Friday – The mercy day

Schedule: Breakfast with families; 9:00 am – 11:00 am – prayer in the parishes: Holy Mass, catechesis; 11:00 am – 11:30 am – lunch in the parishes; 11:30 am – 4:00 pm – beginning of the Works of Mercy, planed by the parishes; (The program for Wrocław) * 11:30 am – Mural – the Meeting and Cooperation Work  (Wrocław-Leśnica) – for the representatives of the groups, reported earlier by the foreign groups coordinators to the Diocesan Headquarters. * 12:00 and 14:00 Global Mercy – the meeting with the missionaries and the volunteers, making charitable and assistance action in different part of the world (in the auditorium of Pontifical Faculty of Theology); for the groups declared before by co-ordinators of the interest groups                                                                                                                                                                   * 11:00 am – 3:00 pm – the “Reconciliation Place” action (Park Tysiąclecia) – for the representatives of the groups, reported earlier by the foreign groups coordinators to the Diocesan Headquarters.   After the Works of Mercy – continuation of sightseeing (planned spots for beginning of the tour: Rynek, Ostrów Tumski, Hala Stulecia). 4:00 pm– 6:00 pm – a meal – served nearby the “MercyFest” places; 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm– “MercyFest”; Dinner with the families; 00 pm – 10.00 pm – the Cross adoration service in parishes (an opportunity for the sacrament of reconciliation).   The morning events in the parishes – the same as on Thursday. Schedule July 21, 2016, Thursday – The city tour day

Schedule: Breakfast with the families; 9:00 am – 11:00 am – a prayer in the parishes: Holy Mass, catechesis; 11:00 am – 11:30 am – lunch in the parishes; 11:30 am – 4:00 pm – sightseeing; (The program for Wrocław) – spots planned for beginning the tour for the organised groups (reported earlier by the foreign groups coordinators to Diocesan Headquarters): Rynek, Ostrów Tumski, Hala Stulecia, Dworzec Główny PKP –  Main Railway Station, Prof. Tołpa’s Park ( Nowowiejska Street). 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – a meal – served nearby the “MercyFest” places (planned spots: Plac Wolności, Dąbie („Teki”), Popowice – Rysia Street square (parish), Karłowice (parish), Park Południowy. In Oława, Trzebnica, Brzeg and Oleśnica – similar places. 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm – “MercyFest”; Dinner with the families; 00 pm– multimedia fountain show– for interested.   After a breakfast with the families, the youth will gather in the parish at 9:00 am for a prayer and catechesis. About 11:30 am the group leaves for a the city tour, which may begin at one of the appointed spots (if only the foreign group reports its will to Diocesan Headquarters). The parish may propose the sightseeing according to its own program or let the pilgrims take their time for other plans realization. The tour ends at “MercyFest” spots. Schedule July 20, 2016, Wednesday – The youth’s arrival day

Schedule: Welcoming the groups in parishes: registration and information points, a meal after the arrival and accommodation in the families; Holy Masses or prayers and welcoming the youth in parishes; Dinner with the families.   Visitors all over the world – the participants of Days in Dioceses – will arrive to Wrocław using different means of transport. Some will come by plane, others by buses and trains. All the arrival day will be spent on accommodating the groups in over 100 parishes in Wrocław and around: in Brzeg, Oława, Oleśnica, Trzebnica, Jelcz-Laskowice and Oborniki Śląskie.   The Parish Headquarters volunteers’ task will be helping the groups arrive to their parishes from the railway station and the airport, welcoming and accommodating them amongst the families.
